Return, Shipping, and Refund Policies

We at Celestial Faerii Designs care about the quality of our products as well as our Customers overall satisfaction. This especially goes when it comes to  obtaining the freshest and most potent ingredients to incorporate within our items while handcrafting each order to help our customers with their manifestations goals. As our items are handcrafted with intentions, perishable items , are intimate items, and/or are made to order;  All sales are considered final and returns will not be accepted; this is inclusive of gift card purchases. However, should you have a concern regarding your purchase, please contact us via email by clicking our " Contact Us" button. We want to always ensure our customers satisfaction, and help resolve any concerns.

Shipping Rates  

Order processing time is 1-3 business days as all our items are hand-made and made to order. Your shipping rate will vary based on many factors including the size of the order, weight, number of items, and destination. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be issued  to you. Orders shipped should be received between 5 to 8 Business days from the date of the shipping confirmation date, unless otherwise advised. Please note that Saturday or Sunday are NOT a work day or package movement day. Keep in mind while we make every effort to ensure timely expedited deliveries; Celestial Faerii Designs cannot be held accountable for delivery delays on behalf of the Postal Services utilized (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, DHL,etc.)  

Refunds/Exchanges 

We at Celestial Faerii Designs want to ensure your overall satisfaction with all items purchased. While it is our goal to ensure every order is carefully crafted for our customers, because our items are custom-made, made to order, or even personalized, we are unable to issue Refunds for any purchases.
